Welcome to Bennett's Creek Landing!  Our unique, family-friendly community is conveniently located off of Route 17 in Suffolk, Virginia, bounded on the north by the Nansemond River and the east by Bennett's Creek.
 
Our neighborhood of 127 unique, custom built homes welcomes all individuals and families.  Homeowners have access to a Community Pier, a Community Pool, and waterfront Clubhouse as well as a members-only Marina.
 
Having a home in Bennett's Creek Landing puts you minutes away from I-664, making all of the Hampton Roads cities easily accessible.  Parks, recreation, shopping and medical facilities are nearby.  Our community is professionally managed by Diamond Management and a Board of Directors elected annually by Homeowners.

The Annual Meeting of the Association will be held September 17 at 7PM at the Clubhouse. 
Please watch for proxy/voting info in the mail.

Community Pier Gate

The Gate has been reinstalled.  The combination is unchanged (please see Members information for the combo).
 
The new lock is stiff.  Please press each button and turn the handle clockwise to open.

Community Gathering

There will be a get together at the Clubhouse on Saturday, September 14 from 11 until 3, rain or shine.  We will have fried chicken, baked beans, chips, and drinks.  Feel free to bring a side or dessert to share (optional).  PLEASE SIGN UP!

HOA Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting of the Association will be held on Tuesday, September 17 at 7PM at the Clubhouse.  Additional information will be sent via US mail.  Electronic voting/proxies will be available.
 
Please watch for the information.  We look forward to seeing you at the Annual Meeting (and any Board meeting)!

Due to Board member schedule conflicts, the October Board meeting will be held THURSDAY, October 17 at 6PM at the Clubhouse.
Community Gathering
Saturday, September 14th, 11 AM to 3 PM at Clubhouse/Pool
There will be a community picnic/get together on Saturday, September 14, rain or shine.  We will be serving fried chicken, mac and cheese, beans, veggie tray, drinks.  Feel free to bring a side or dessert if you desire.
