Marina Information

 

Bennett's Creek Landing HOA Marina is located near the mouth of Bennett's Creek, right off of the Nansemond River and minutes away from the James River and Newport News.

 

The Marina is open to Homeowners who have purchased a License to utilize a slip.  For an annual fee, Non-License holder Homeowners may use the Marina for fishing and launching kayaks/canoes.  Non-License Homeowners are not permitted to board any vessel at the marina nor bring any motorized boat to the Marina.

 

The Marina has a marine pump-out station available to all boaters.  It is located on the south end of the pier.
